5. The holder of a wine maker’s permit shall indicate on the main label of the containers of the wine he makes, in bold, indelible, legible and conspicuous type, the following:(1) his name and address or those of any person for whom the wine has been bottled, or both;
(2) the class of the wine;
(3) the origin of the wine;
(4) the grape variety, if any;
(5) the percentage of alcohol;
(6) the net volume; and
(7) the designation of effervescence, if any.
